Kyle Fuller probably will play for Bears against 49ers
The good news for the Bears is Kyle Fuller returning to the field. He was out since knee surgery during the the preseason, return to practice Wednesday with the possibility to play this Sunday’s game against San Francisco 49ers.
Fuller was able to do individual drills and worked in on scout team vs. the Bears’ offense as well as some team sessions.
The Bears' first-round pick in 2014 has not played a regular-season snap this year because his recovery from arthroscopic knee surgery in August took months longer than expected.
Luckily, Fuller's recent injury is not as serious as last year's stress fracture. Meanwhile, he has 21 days to be moved to the active roster and he could play as soon as Sunday against the 49ers. He said pain is not an issue for him now. The Bears are eager to see how he feels Thursday and Friday. If he could return back to the Sunday's game, that will be a great help.
